Our newsletters - Shout!, Shout! Extra, and Sing It!

We produce a monthly bulletin called Shout! designed for community music practitioners, activists, and participants throughout Victoria. These bulletins are emailed in pdf format. Every second month the bulletin is free. Every other month the bulletin is sent to CMV members, key individuals, groups and organisations throughout Victoria, including libraries, neighbourhood houses, local government staff, and arts organisations.

Each edition contains listings of:

If you have material to submit for an issue, please send it in by the third week in the month for publication at the end of the month. Submit material by email to shout_cmv@netspace.net.au (that’s shout underscore cmv) as text in email or as word documents. Please do not use all caps.

Subscribing

A pdf of Shout Extra! is e-mailed every two months (bi-monthly) to Community Music Victoria members and selected organisations. Arranging to receive your copy of Shout Extra! is easy! Simply become a member of CMV by clicking on the Membership link in the left panel or by right-clicking on this link, selecting “save as”, then complete the form and forward it back to us. This is also a great way to support Community Music Victoria in its work.
